ROCK CLIMBING
It is a sport in which participants climb up across natural rock formations or artificial rock walls. The goal is to reach the summit of a formation or the endpoint of a pre-defined route. Rock climbing competitions have objectives of completing the route in the quickest possible time or the furthest along an ever increasingly harder route.

RAPELLING

It is also known as abseiling (German Name) is a method of a quick and safe descend after a climb. It's an act of descending a mountain face by sliding down a rope, which is attached to a body harness and fastened to an overhead projection, with sufficient friction provided as to make the speed of descent controllable.

JUMARING

It is also referred to as jugging, is where the second climber (the one who belays the lead climber on the route) uses ascenders to climb the rope instead of climbing directly on the rock. Along with the ascenders, one or more webbing "ladders" called étriers (or aiders) are typically used to allow the climber to use their feet to step up and pull themselves up the rope.

ROPE BALANCING

It is the activity which increases your concentration..one rope will be tied 3-4fts above the land and one rope will be in your hand attacthched to one of the tree.you have to walk on the rope which is above ground

BHIMASHANKAR
Bhimashankar is one of the twelve jyotirlingas in India.. So the place has got a lot of religious importance attached to it.Apart from the religious importance however the place is like heaven during monsoons. The shrine falls under the Bhimashankar wild sanctuary or to be right the forest derives its name because of the Bhimashankar shrine. The shrine is under the limits of Junnar,Ambegaon and Khed district thus there is a crossover of districts at this place.
Bhimashankar trek is one of the most famous treks in and around Mumbai.

Places to visit:
There are quite a lot of places to see there. We will however be covering the following spots:

This region of Gorakhgad and Machchindragad has a dense forest cover.

Fort Gorakhgad is quite small in size. It was had strategic importance during the reign of Shahaji Raje. However, no major battle is recorded to have taken place here.
